INCUBATOR AUTOMATIC TURNING SYSTEM USING 220 AC MOTOR
Turning interval: one hour
Turning interval for testing: 1 minute
The system should be drive by ULN2003A
There will be (3) three relays
Relay1: for automatic switching of inverter because where I am we don’t normally have light from the national grid so I have to use an inverter, but the inverter will not be HIGH for long because of battery consumption it will only work during the turning then go low. Maybe 15 minute till it is time for another turning which it will be one hour and when manual turning is activated.
Relay2: forward
Relay3: reverse
There will be two (2) limit switches
For forward and reverse
There will be two (2) push buttons for controlling the turning manually
Push button1: forward
Push button2: reverse
That is if this button are pressed for turning for either forward or reverse the inverter will also come on or there will be a way of turning the inverter manually for manual turning too.

There will be three (4) LED
LED1: forward: when the motor is turning in a forward direction the LED attached to it will be blinking till the limit switch is pressed then it will be ON to indicate the position of the motor.
LED2: reverse: when the motor is turning in a revered direction the LED attached to it will be blinking till the limit switch is pressed then it will be ON to indicate the position of the motor.
LED3: to indicate that it is on automatic turning
LED4: is to indicate that it is in manual turning mode
There will be a buzzer
When the motor is turning in either forward or reverse the buzzer will be making a bimp bimp sound till the limit switch is pressed
Observation and my worries
Sometimes the program fail to stop when the limit switch is pressed, and the motor continue to turn till all the eggs are crushed in this kind of situation what can you offer as a solution against this.
Or
Can we use a relay with the limit switch to be stopping the turning?
