We have a Jira Server on Version 7.11.2 installed in one of our servers. We also have a license to Confluence and Service Desk applications.
After the installation of a few plugins and our interactions configuring the ports to access our application, we started seeing some error messages and can't generate backups nor update our current Jira Server version.
We're looking for outside help to:
- solve the errors we're getting with Jira;
- install and configure Confluence to work with our Jira and Service Desk
- update our applications versions.
We're hoping to find a possibly long-term partner since we will be working fully with Atlassian solutions for a long time.
