Asterisk program is being hosted by our own server in a VM environment, we will provide access to VM and internal NAT. I'm looking for someone who is experienced with Asterisk PBX platform, who can assist with our internal PBX setup, provide some support when needed, make some adjustments to the setup when required, and also who can help us to support any client Asterisk instances that we manage. Currently system needs changes and upgrades to SSL, Predictive dialing, IVR, Incoming calls, and potentially GSM hardware upgrade (need to evaluate solution) with Asterisk expert.

Other task related to asterisk server that will be needed in future:
We need to have a setup, where we are more secured against breakdowns, thus we want to have a redundant setup with a failover IP in the future. It is also very important that our systems do not have lag or quality challenges, neither for our agents nor for the customers who call us. The codes for the providers must be encrypted, so if someone gets access to the server, then they are unable to get information about the providers, and encrypt the conversations. If asterisk breaks down or fails, on one of the servers we want to be notified on mail and SMS. If any of the configuration files are being altered then a backup is being made, and it must be possible to get any backup from a given date within the next 30 day. Will need to have Video Support in h264 for video conferencing, we will need to connect Asterisk to a chatbot. The user can call the phone number and can talk directly to the chatbot (via TTS and STT).
Can you help with this, and can you inform exactly how you will make the setup, preferably as diagram.
It is important that if there is anything we need to be aware of with the new setup, like reduced quality of the sound or anything else, then you inform us in advance, so that we have all the necessary material to evaluate the task on.
