I want a Mobile developer (individual)) who can work with me on a freelance basis for Android Mobile App Development.

The APP should be able to manage members' profiles and provide them online payment gateway service.

Here is a brief requirement of this project -

1. Organization should be able to register using APP.
2. Members of the organization should able to send a request for registration.
3. Member should able to see their Dashboard which contains Payment due, Transaction History of previous payment,
4. Member should able to do online payment.
5. On payment receipt should be generated as per the given format and should be able to download by the member at any time.
6. Member should have to login using 4 digits PIN. wth option of forgot PIN or Set New PIN.
7. APP should have Admin page for member's who has ADMIN role.
8. On the ADMIN page member should able to see all pending payments of members coming under him as well all pending requests of new members joining.
9. All pages or organizations, members, Admins should able to display/update relevant details as per receiving by REST API.

There may be some minor changes in the above project requirements. 
The APP should be provided with complete source code.
