Responsibilities and Administrative Assistance:
• Assist as the point of contact between management and internal/external vendors.
• Help with maintaining financial records.
• Handle requests and inquiries appropriately.
• Maintain a diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders.
• Make travel arrangements.
• Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.
• Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers.
• Produce reports.
• Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
• Proven experience as an administrative or finance assistant or in any other administrative position.
• Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
• Experience with maintaining financial records.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Work well with the team.
• Proficiency in English. Spanish a plus.
• Exemplary planning and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• High level verbal and written communications skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality.
• Degree or additional qualification in General Business Management, Accounting, and Marketing would be considered an advantage.
