About making data automation in excel via macros

We are doing data anlysis with data coming 4 different tests on vehicles for emisssions and performance of different fuels.

1. Emission Cycle - where we need to copy a fixed row and column data. We check for repeatability of results so 2 or 3 such operations it has to perform and check the percentage difference. Once done we proceed to another fuel and repeat similar operation check repeatability. Once the data seems fine we take the average of all the 2 or 3 tests of each fuel and plot the charts.Additionally should show so options for selectig the files from desktop and add as many files as required and check for repea

2. RLS- here the data needs to be filtered phase wise, we check the emissions for 40,60,80 and 100 kmph speeds. So a filter should be applied so that data is obtained speed wise and then paste only the average of the data for each speed ( basically we get second to second data so we average it out and consider the average value at that speed. Then repeat the same process of checking repeatability then compare with other fuels and plot the graphs.

3. WOT - here also we copy data speed wise like above. We basically do the same process. Then we find fuel economy for which formula I’ll share you need to input that additionally and plot graphs.

4. Acceleration test - here we search for the time where the speed is 0 kmph and to increases to highest speed in kmph before again speed dropping that time we need to calculate and plot for repeatability and plot the graphs for different fuels.

Now this is the requirement it’s actually easy but quite a time consuming job so I want to know if it can actually make it in this way. And many files we create daily the one which you make should be good enough to complete all the work in a click. Please let me know if you can do that.
