A website to sell my 1 service

I need a website very simple. It should have an About page, How this works page and all legal, which I will provide.

My 1 plan for 20.00usd includes 2 templates and 2 revisions. This is not a gofundme site or whydonalte. It is just me providing 1 service. Very simple, people are thinking I am asking for a full platform...no. that's why I said it will be a simple job.

Workflow:

1.User buys my plan, then pays and then is taken to a registration page.

Registration Page: All data from user must be collected name, address, email, telephone number, country, full legal name of campaigner and/or beneficiary. The beneficiary name must be provided even if campaigner and beneficiary are the same.

2.User must have PayPal Account or Stripe account. If not, they can register with either companies. User will send me link from Stripe or Paypal for donors to donate.

2.User uploads unexpired gov't issued id with picture and a bill or a letter from any company that shows the users name and address.

3.User will upload their fundraiser on a word doc including Title of Campaign, goal of campaign, Description/message of campaign and any photos or video if they so choose.

I have 1 plan and it includes:

2 template Campaign links with Donate button with link from bank already programmed into the Donate button. 2 templates for variety

-user can use link on any social media outlink, even email. The link will provide a stunning visual of their campaign. No tipping requests like other mainstream fundraiser platforms.

-this way, they have no need to register their campaign with those big companies because, they push for tipping and setting it at 15% or higher and make erroneous donation suggestions that even deter more donors. The 2 links I will provide will be full HTML webpage for Campaigner, no website or domain necessary. Why sign up with fundraising platforms when you can do it yourself with the aid of my links. Donations straight into your bank account. Every dollar is important. But these other platforms want that 15% tip. To me, that is pure greed. Also, they will do nothing to help you promote your campaign or even donate to it, but thanks to you registering with them, they get tips and lots of it, many times not by choice because some people don't know how to set it to zero.. The money should go to you directly and this is the service I offer. You control your own campaign and take control and receive all the funding less the transfer fee from the payment transfer.

The Admin Panel must contain every detail about user including which links were supplied to them by me and the ability to deactivate, reactivate or delete.
