We are looking to create a 3D quoting software for acoustic enclosures. Acoustic enclosures are mainly made with few components assembled together. The components are
Steel base frame using PFC
Structural uprights using Square hollow sections
Acoustic panels & doors
Exhaust mufflers & pipework
The purpose of this software would be streamline quoting process for acoustic enclosures. The software would be used to calculate materials and labour for each component given different user inputs. The user input usually will be length, width and height of enclosure, size & type of acoustic silencer, size & type of acoustic louvre, size & type of acoustic muffler etc.
Given the input from user, the software will need to automatically change the length, width & height of the enclosure and show as a 3D model. User could use drag & drop feature for all components. At the end the software should be able to print a itemised cost sheet with material and labour pricing.
All data for steel base, structural uprights and all components can be given. This is extensive data.
