A desktop application that captures every network packet, monitor processes, gives you a report of installed software, printers connected, screen captures and every data that Windows can give. This application was used by an important company located in the USA for giving technical assistance to sales people working from home. Was an important achievement for me and the company to keep track of errors and future client's machine failures since we integrate a Risk tendency graph to look for failures in advance. I was the Team Leader in this project, managing 5 more devs....
