I was classically trained in French techniques in both gourmet cooking & patisserie , at the International Hotel School , in Cape Town South Africa. I am certified and accredited by the City & Guilds and the Confederation of Tourisim and Hospspitality of which I did a special program, skills set. Food is my passion, I believe it's an art .
