India  today enjoys the advantage of having world largest young population between  25 to 35 years. What should be in our mind is to how to use this young talented generation so as to make them national asset in future.
We have to adopt a system with a vision to exploit the immense potential in the form of young population by knowing their interest in different fields under supervision of some professional experts who can make them more productive with the passing of time. This can happen only when there should not be any discrimination on the basis of cast & creed otherwise we will have brain drain resulting in huge loss to nation. Efforts should be to convert this brain drain to brain gain as Prime Minister Modi is repeatedly emphasizing in his speeches. Unbiased approach in providing the suitable environment will be preferable by young talent to make them realize their dream projects on different aspects resulting in nation development on Political and Economical grounds.
