They threw the body in a well where it was discovered a week later.&nbsp;24July 2018, in West Bengal, Four non-local women were assaulted by mobs on suspicion of being child-lifers. Two were visiting relatives, one was a clothes hawker and one was visiting the bank. Two of the women were stripped by the mob, all four were taken to hospital by police and are in a stable condition.12 July in Karnatak , A North Indian woman was seen with biscuits in her hand and suspected of being a kidnapper. She was tied up and beaten until rescued by the police.&nbsp;Locals said they had heard rumor&nbsp;of North Indian woman coming to kidnap children.This is our educated society. Just a group of people punish the person only on the basis of suspicion without a legal fair trial . They criticized them and try to bring them downfall . This is Mob Lynching&nbsp;,The lynching has its origin in the United States&nbsp;in India there is also one more problem that is whats app lynching . a rumors and fake news can be a reason of the someones death. In bosh village, Madhya Pradesh, Following the circulation of Whats App&nbsp;messages a group of tribal men suspected a homeless, mentally-disabled woman, attacking her with sticks, rods and a pick-axe. Her body was dumped in the jungle, but found shortly afterwards by the police.Lynching is not just “mobocracy”; it is a&nbsp;collective hate crime. This is an influencive act of the hate violence crime.&nbsp;The main reason is the violence&nbsp;and hate speech , unambiguous&nbsp;massages, spread the wrong massages by rumors , to records&nbsp;one crime and shared them, violent&nbsp;comments. Mostly&nbsp;targets are minorities and disadvantage castes. It(Mob lynching ) indicates that either they don’t have believe on our judicial system or they are supreme from the law.Taking the law in one’s own hands is completely against the law but today the saffron brigade sees itself as above the law. They know they can get away with anything, law is blind but it is not disable. This act viewed&nbsp;as a premeditated&nbsp;act. In ancient time king was supreme and it has been said that even king is also below from the law and god, then they are just a mob. The interesting fact is that these killer mob are unpunished after the lots of anti mob lynching bill.&nbsp;. There is also the administration failure because there is recurring pattern in police action. In most cases they come too late to save life and often very few of them registered the crime. In its investigations, the police never cordon off the site of the lynch attacks,&nbsp;Even hours after the crime, people walk over the ground still splattered with blood or burned flesh. This is not a shoddy investigation. It is deliberate (and criminal) destruction of evidence which could have been used against the killers. We really need a strict rules and regulation to control this crime , actually not we don’t only need law , there should be proper implementation of that rule. Hence the SC said to the parliament to made new law regards&nbsp;the lynching and former CJI “Deepak Mishra” and bench held that “Horrendous acts of mobocracy cannot be allowed to become a new norm and has to be curbed with iron hands”. but this would not be effective unless there is no proper implementation of the rule.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
