To treat both on the similar level is the only best practice and natural, but when we unfold the pages of history, it shades light on the truth which shows that to keep the same degree for both men and women all the time is not possible. Women have gone through notable fluctuations in terms of their social, economic and educational status from the time of history until today. Many women have faced some or other deteriorating situations which lead them to step out of their safe shelter to earn the daily bread. If we have to study working woman's social acceptance and status in today’s society, it’s very important for us to dwell into the history of working women in India. While tracking the history of working women, we realize that women were working in nearly all fields in the social hierarchy stepping with men. Nature has given freedom to every living individual to search for their bread, and so the women were too. Through the thousands of years, women are stepping with men on the path of evolution. In the state of Maharashtra; Marathwada region was considered as quite&nbsp; underdeveloped in terms of all social and industrial aspects, but to develop such underdeveloped and backward areas of the state,the Government started giving a possible facilities. Taking advantage of these facilities, many industrial promoters developed industries in last some decades. In the Marathwada region, Aurangabad city is one of the important destinations. The city stands example with heading towards the rapid industrial development during last 40-50 years. At this moment Aurangabad city is one of the fastest growing cities in Asia. In spite of being the Historic place, Aurangabad city is also well known for its Educational and Industrial development. All above properties of Aurangabad city provide a fair reason to drive research on "Educational, Social and Economic status of women working in Industrial area of Aurangabad city." Scope of Research  Area Under Consideration: This research is carried in the limits of Aurangabad City.  Intention Of Research: This research is shade light on the Educational, Social, and Economic status of working women in Aurangabad city of Maharashtra State in India.  Sample Coverage of Research: This research carried on working women in Aurangabad city of Maharashtra State in India. Research Objectives  To research on the Economic Situation of the women who works in industrial areas.  To research on the Social status of the women who works in industrial areas.  To research on the Educational and Business Status of the women who works in industrial areas.  To research on the Personal and Family situations of the women who works in industrial areas.  To research on the issues encounter by the women who works in industrial areas. Hypothesis of Research When it comes to the working women, it is not necessary to have them complete right on their hard earn money. It is challenging and very difficult for many working women to take the decision about money and its use, by their own; without taking permission from their spouse. Though there is equal treatment given to men and women in industrial are while allotting work, but there is no same equality is while giving wages or payments for the work, also women not always get desired work as per their educational qualification. Sample for Research The sample which will represent the total population in the best possible manner will be chosen among the total population. The scope of Research On 1st May 2016, Marathwada region included in MAHARASHTRA on the basis majority of the Marathi speaking population. In late 1960, all the Political, Educational and Economic leadership of Marathwada region were driven to Aurangabad City. Being a part of Industrial decentralization Policy of Maharashtra Government, Aurangabad City is introduced with systematic as well as rapid industrialization and provided with profuse facilities and support schemes. This results in the expeditious growth of the industrial sector in the city. In the flow of this industrialization, women were in the sector from the long back; this provides very strong support for the statement that women were not only holding the leading and remarkable position in the work-culture right from the ancient times but also contributing their efforts to developing civilizations. The topic for the research is representing the social, educational, &amp; economic status of the working women in the industrial sector of Aurangabad city. Though it is not possible to conduct a vigorous research on the working women population from the entire women population of Indian census counting, but the research will provide immense help and will prove as the pilot to the social, educational, &amp; economic status of the working women in the industrial sector around the nation. Being one of the most hardworking group in the Indian societies, working women often stay deprived of their basic rights and needs. Considering all aspects of their position in the Indian Family Structure, Right of receiving appropriate pay for the work they do, including their professional status at their workplace, all these issues have strong reason to carry research and to do the study on.
