This project comprises importance of customer service towards the
maintenance of customer loyalty for the betterment of the organization. In this
case the standard chartered bank is the foundation which this project is purely
based on. These times are very crucial for organizations, they are forced to
accept customer value strategies, customer requirements and methods to attract
customers to the business in order to ensure company’s survival and build a
strong loyal customer segment to ensure companies longevity
