we all are related to many and different business segments and our decisions

of Business decision for 10 Mn revenue generating company will not be same which
will be for 100 Mn revenue generating company.&nbsp;
(Business decisions for 10Mn revenue generating company and 100Mn
revenue generating company can not be the same.) Similarly processes followed
by both the companies will also not be same. Change is continuous process so as
business process re-engineering.

presence is also very crucial for the business. Companies working in a limited geographical
area for a long time, normally work think with same mindset
which has given them success in
that particular region. The mental inertia of creating successful business in that
particular region restrict them
to adopt new business approach which is essential
for new geography. After loosing their own business at their home ground over a period of time is also major reason to restrict their thoughts.

them to think differently for different regions and this also helps to
create balance of decisions of different regions.
