We are looking for a skilled Paid Ads Expert to join the team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.

Roles and Duties ofPaid Ads Expert
- Develop and implement effective paid advertising strategies across platforms.
- Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns, including ad copy creation, ad group structuring, and bid management.
- Adjust strategies and budgets to maximize ROI, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize ad creatives, and ad formats.
- Utilize paid advertising analytics tools to track and report on campaign metrics.
Minimum Qualifications forPaid Ads Expert
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Paid Ads Expert.
- Proficiency in paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of paid advertising principles, best practices, and industry standards.
- Strong project management skills to plan and execute paid advertising initiatives effectively.
Preferred Skills forPaid Ads Expert
- Certification in paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint).
- Experience with programmatic advertising and display advertising campaigns.
- Experience in data analysis skills to interpret campaign performance metrics.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO).
