Senior Architect
We are hiring a creative Architect to lead projects from client briefing to construction completion. Responsibilities include design development, construction documents, and team management. Strong visualization, construction knowledge, and project management skills are essential for delivering functional and sustainable designs.

Roles and Duties ofArchitect
- Manage design projects from concept development to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
- Develop and present project proposals, adjusting designs to meet client expectations.
- Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
- Conduct research and compile reports on feasibility and environmental impact.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local planning regulations.
- Collaborate with project teams and other construction professionals to ensure successful project execution.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office to support project development and documentation.
Minimum Qualifications forArchitect
- Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Previous experience as an Architect is preferred.
- Excellent technical drawing skills and proficiency in design software.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
- Creative thinking and visualization abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of architectural projects and design concepts.
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, such as Revit or similar tools.
- Understanding of construction processes and project management techniques to ensure successful project execution.
- In-depth knowledge of sustainable architecture practices and the ability to integrate green building principles into designs.
