Growth Product Manager
As a Growth Product Manager at Truelancer, you will be at the forefront of driving product-led growth initiatives to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing and data analytics to identify growth opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and optimize the user journey.

Roles and Duties ofGrowth Product Manager
- Lead the development and execution of growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Conduct data analysis and user research to identify opportunities for product optimization and feature enhancements.
- Define and prioritize growth initiatives based on their potential impact, feasibility, and alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with product development teams to design, test, and iterate on new features and product enhancements.
- Implement and manage experiments (A/B tests, multivariate tests) to optimize conversion rates and key performance metrics.
- Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform product decisions.
Minimum Qualifications forGrowth Product Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in product management, growth marketing, or related roles within the technology/software industry.
- Proven track record of driving product-led growth initiatives and delivering measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and A/B testing platforms.
